The Home Inspection Guy uses Home Gauge software to produce your inspection report. As we inspect your new house together, I will take digital photographs of any issues that we come across. These pictures will be integrated directly into your inspection report, so that when you read the descriptions, you can see a picture of the problem right beside the description. This will help you to visualize the items without having to refer to your memory. You can also forward copies of the report by e-mail to anyone that you choose. For example, you may wish to copy your real estate agent so that they can describe the findings of the report to the vendor's agent. Or you may wish to send a copy to a trusted family member that you'd like to get an opinion from. No need to go to the trouble and expense of sending a fax of a hand-written report.
